      Noel&Marquet是NMC公司旗下的墙面装饰线条品牌。

      1950年,企业家Gert Noel在比利时的一个小村庄创立了NMC,开始从事战后贸易。企业成立的初衷,是通过使用聚氨酯泡沫制成的海绵来简化家庭主妇的生活。

In1950, Gert Noel founded the company Noel Marquet & Cie SA as a distributorfor foam sponges and household products in Hauset Belgium.


1950年,Gert Noel在比利时Hauset成立了Noel MarquetCie SA公司,作为泡沫海绵和家用产品的分销商。

Coveringthe Benelux market out of Hauset, a first subsidiary was established inNorthern France in 1962. Later, NMC opened up sales organizations in otherEuropean countries and began to offer decorative mouldings, initially cut outof blocks of synthetic foam.


Firstpatents on products and processes were registered as early as in the 1960`s.


1962年,在法国北部成立了第一家子公司,覆盖了Haneset之外的比荷卢经济联盟市场。后来,NMC在欧洲国家开设了销售机构,并开始提供装饰性线条,这种线条最初是从合成泡沫塑料块中切割出来的。

Atthe beginning of the 1970s, the distributorship was extended to an industrialoperation. In the middle of the oil crisis, the company began manufacturingSOTUE, a pipe insulation made out of polyurethane.


In1977, a major technical break through led to the launch of flexible pipeinsulation made from extruded polyethylene foam under the CLIMAFLEX brand. Shortlythereafter, NMC optimized this process and developed NOMASTYL interiordecoration profiles made out of extruded polystyrene. This new type of productoffered significant advantages versus mouldings made out of plaster or thosecut out of blocks. This made individual decoration affordable and very popular.


Baseon newly developed foam extrusion technologies, NMC expanded to Germany (1972),GreatBritain(1976)and the USA(1979).

Inthe context of increasing awareness regarding environmental aspects and theprotection of the ozone layer, NMC acted as a pioneer. As first mover in itssector, the company adapted its foam manufacturing processes to CFC-free gasesand started recycling its own waste raw materials.


Dueto the steadily growing demand, the visionary Gert Noel saw the opportunity toexpand and acquired new premises in Eynatten, Belgium. With the acquisition ofthe Kenmore group in 1987, NMC widened its offering with flexible INSUL® rubberinsulation for cooling applications.


TheUSA operations changed name to Nomaco Inc. and continue to be run independentlyby another branch of the Noel Family.

Sincethe beginning of the 1990s, NMC develops innovative products in the field ofpackaging, sports, and leisure. Today, the blue-coloured NOMAPACK protectivepackaging is the market standard while the colors of the COMFY items areadapting to the trends of the market.


Withdecoration products made from polyurethane, marketed as ARSTYL® for interiorapplications and as DOMOSTYL® for the application on facades, NMC offers a newhigh-end alternative to stucco. The new design elements, which are easy toapply, contribute the well-being at home by a modern or prestigious individualinterior design and facade embellishment.


Alwayslooking for innovations and close collaboration with its stakeholders, NMCdevelops new products for different industrial sectors, for example, theautomotive area. The NOMATE® foam components improve thermal and acousticinsulation as well as cushioning.

TheNoel family handed over the company's management to an independent professionalmanagement team in 1997 and thus prepared NMC for the 21st Century.


NMCbought a production site in Germany, established a subsidiary in Spain andbuilt new production sites in Poland and Russia.


Thegeographical extension of the group's activities, including Central and EasternEurope, allows serving more and more customers and consumers. With targetedacquisitions in Finland, Sweden and Norway, NMC also gets closer to itscustomers in Northern Europe and offers new solutions in the field of foamsheets and rolls.


Thecompany expands its offer of design elements from the ceiling to the floor bypresenting WALLSTYL® decorative skirtings. After further technical development,NOMAWOOD@ is launched as 100% moisture-resistant and easy to maintain solutionfor outdoor applications such as terraces and shutters.

Inorder to complement the company's expertise in the field of acousticinsulation, two new acquisitions are made in Sweden and Finland: SundquistComponents and Noisetek are integrated into the NMC-Cellfoam organizations toprovide customers with a single contact for a wide variety of needs. Thecompany enters new partnerships in Brazil and Russia by contributing technicalknow-how and product quality that has proven in Europe.


Incollaboration with interior designers, the company innovates and presentsARSTYL® Wall Panels and Wall Tiles to the market. These elements give relief tothe wall and allow the creation of unique and modern living spaces, whether inprivate homes or in public spaces and hotels.


In2016, NMC reinforces its commitment to sustainable development. In the field oftechnical insulation,150 formulations change over to NMC-NATUREFOAM®, whichincorporates more than 50% of renewable resources and makes the totalproduction process neutral in terms of C02 emission (cradle to gate).

NMConce more expands its offer of products in technical insulation by integratingthe activities and the solutions of the German group Baumann. Aeroflex® andAeroline® branded products, known in the field of solar heating and heat pumps,complement the NMC INSUL®, CLIMAFLEX®, and EXZENTROFLEX® product ranges.


Ina strategic partnership with the Seitner family, SELIT, expert in innovativeunderlays for parquet, laminate, and vinyl floating floors, becomes part of theNMC Group. This merger offers new growth opportunities based on a shared desireto offer a wide and modern assortment to end customers, providing them withcomfort for a better life.


Thecompany installs one of the largest photovoltaic parks in Belgium, which allowsit to produce roughly 20% of the electricity consumed at the Eynatten sitelocally. This once again shows that the company stands up to its purpose andactively contributes to the transition to renewable energy.

In2021Shenyouxin(Shanghai)Coatings Co., Ltd was officially authorized to be the exclusive distributor of Noel & Marquet in China, which marked Noel & Marquet mouldings enteredthe Chinese market.


2021年,正式授权申酉信公司为NOEL&MARQUET装饰线条中国区域总代理;标志着NOEL&MARQUET装饰线条产品正式进入中国市场。
